I am not really sure why this really makes a difference. My perm was approved in EB3 in about 7 months but if I have to wait 30 years to get a GC what difference does it make ?!?

In my case, I filed in Nebraska on June 16 along with my wife's application. My application is still pending but my wife's got her EAD.

Online information say Indian passport renewal takes around 10 - 15 days but it is usually done much quicker. I received my passport in less than 2 weeks(7 business days if i remember correctly) from Chicago, offcourse i mailed all documents.

Am planning to withdraw my husband's H4 application as he wants to continue his work on EAD.
1) Would this be a problem in his GC journey?
2) If something has to go wrong with my still pending I140, our EAD will not longer be valid. Then, can I apply for his H4 in future?(keeping in mind that his H4 application has been withdrawn right now)
3) Will he need to get out of the country while we file his H4 other then stamping?
4) Am planning to go for stamping to Qubec. Anybody who has recently been there for stamping, could you pls. post your experiences both at the consulate & POE?

That is true but I want one of them to be rejected and by not responding to FP and stopping payment on checks I am trying to exactly that.
Rather than you taking a decision on this, let USCIS decide how to proceed with your case.

with employer B can I count that year before they filed for labor that I was under H-1b or I cannot count any experience gain before the labor was filed with employer B at all? I think that is the key question here.
You cannot count any experience gained with employer B unless it was gained while working in a different (substantially dissimilar) job.

I agree with you that it is a random process but the processing date that is shown indicates that all the cases prior to that date have been "served". So, TSC-Oct 14 means, cases received on Oct 14 and later are currently being served. Hope this helps.

My state in four lines
1) Came to US on F-1 Visa, never completed my masters
2) Shifted to H-1B and i have been with the same client and havent been to India for four years.
3) Now i am doing part time MBA from a top Ivy league school and i have $40,000 in loans from my MBA. i have not finished it as yet.
4) Applied for labor and priority date is Jan 2007 and i wanted to apply for 1-485 and AP and Skip H-1B stamping
But because of the july 2nd i cant do that anymore and i will have to go to H-1B stamping. I wonder what will happen if my stamping gets rejected. If dont attend classes for 4 months. My student loan will start asking for monthly payments. I am in a quagmire.
But still i have decided that i will go to India in any case and if payments become overdue for more months. I dont know what to do.
I had so many hoped on the current numbers . Any idea guys what can i do?

I remember one of my colligue got I-94 extended till visa period at Jacksonville, FLORIDA. I do not know which state you are living in. Anyway...atleast I know that is possible since you have valid visa stamped on your passport.

This would mainly include invitation for a public gathering and encourage others to come forward. Examples of nature of such public gathering:
1. Say people in finance sector meet and exchange thoughts
2. Religious in nature but will not be solicitation.
3. General meeting etc...
What do people in this forum think?

Actually, my first I-140 was approved after I left the company. For some strange reason, Company A didn't withdraw the application immediately, but waited until it got approved - they were probably hoping that I would go back to them, which I might still do. We parted on good terms.

Once your I-140 is approved and even if the employer files to revoke the I-140 it will not affect your status. It is at the discretion of the USCIS to revoke the approved I-140. USCIS will revoke the approved I-140 if it detects that it was fraudulently obtained.
Now to answer your question : Even if company A files to revoke I-140 before the individual files for H1 transfer, it does not make a difference to the individual.

This will be hard to believe, but it's true: both company A and company B use the same law firm, so my lawyer knew that company A had withdrawn my I-140.
