you can control the camera... just use the same technique as you do with the rest. On the left panel, select the camera option and go to town!

I have just gone thru March recording of IV lawyer call and the below caught my attention. Ms Susan mentioned that any company name change after I140 approval has to refile I 140. I am utterly confused as that particular scenario affect me and i would like to know what best course of action i can take at this point.
I filed LC and I 140 with company A
My I 140 got approved
Before i filed my I 485 my company changed its name
I asked my attorney at that time if we need to take any special action
Attorney said they can just add an amendment while applying for I 485 about name change and apply with approved I 140, which is with old company name.
I and my wife work on EAD for past 3 years and i am still employed with same company. I wonder which one of above attorney is correct and what i should do.
Does the fact that my I485 is pending for more than 180 days after approval of my I 140 will come to rescue in case of question about company name change (AC21)

My confusion is, as soon as I enter on AP I am on EAD and I don't have approved EAD. Does this mean I can not work untill I get EAD approved? I don't have Visa Stamped and I am not planning for Visa Stamping.
you can still continue on H1B (same employer) as long it is validity..even when you use AP at POE..

at port of entry the old I-94 has no bearing, keep cpies of all old I-94s and hand them over when departing.
You will have to get a new H4 stamped at the consulate and will get a new I-94 when you enter.
You can present the courtsey copy but the main documents ae going to be your husbands H1 papers as were last time.

i hv an approved PERM & I-140. my company lawyer is not sharing the approvals with me. all i hv is a copy of the I-140 approval with the rcpt no. blanked out (however it shows the A-number). i do not hv a copy of the PERM approval or details of the job description used to file PERM.
i am planning to request USCIS for these documents by filing FOIA request. for this, i hv filled up form G-639 from the USCIS website.
my questions:
(1) are these 2 documents (approval for PERM & I-140) sufficient for me to retain my pd and/or use AC-21 in future? if not, then what r the other documents that i would need?
(2) does the PERM approval hv the job description reqd for AC-21?
(3) would i need copies of the petitions / forms filed or only the approvals would suffice?
(4) what is the approx time frame & cost in getting these documents using the FOIA process?

Remember to point it out at FP, and they will also ask you to phone USCIS and correct it. You could phone USCIS first, and then you might find that FP has it already corrected in the computer.
Once USCIS update it they will send you a letter to say that they made a change to the file, this is just FYI.
My wife's DoB had a typo. It was spotted at FP office.
Of course I am assuming some obvious typo, not a FP notice for Jim Smith and your name is Ramkrishnan Singh. :-)

Use the AR 11 online process to change address do it seperately for yourself and your wife. When you have finished submitting new address the system will prompt you asking if you have any pending applications with USCIS. At that time enter the receipt numbers of all pending applications. This will do the needful. You can track the success by checking the case status in few days you can see a soft LUD on your pending applications. Also in few weeks you will receive a letter from USCIS at your new address that tells that they have updated the address. Some folks even call USCIS and verify the address change.

That is a problem with Swift and not with your PC configuration. I'm not sure why it would freeze or lockup when importing files. My best advice would be for you to uninstall Swift 3D and re-install it again. The problem should usually be solved. If the problem appears, it could be an error external to that of Swift.
Try re-installing your graphics card drivers if re-installing Swift does not solve the problem. If all else fails, try asking Electric Rain for help. It could be a bug =)

As per Spet 2009 visa bulletin, my PD will be current . I recently moved to LA due to Job change . If i do AC 21, do you think i will miss a oppurtunity of getting GC in spet since my PD is OCT 2004.
Please advise. Should i do AC21 now ? Or Should i do only on RFE?
Another question. I still have permanent address in chicago but moved to LA. Do i need to do AC11 form?

I got RFE on 485(field in Dec 2004) in last month for TB Skin test and employement letter. My PD is not current but INS is processing my application. I am waiting for physical notice from attorney. I have dependent whose AOS is not filed now I can not file due to retrogression.
With July bulletin my PD becomes current I am ready to file AOS to my dependent. Offcourse not sure that once I submitted to attorney how soon he will send to USCIS.
I have question that which one is best option to file dependet's AOS?
