Middlesex County Superior Court Judge James Hurley ordered firms that register domains and provide hosting services -- GoDaddy Inc., Network Solutions, Comcast Cable Communications Inc. and DiscountASP.Net, to disable the three sites, ITgrunt.com, Endh1b.com, and Guestworkerfraud.com. Facebook Inc. was also ordered to disable ITgrunt's Facebook page.
The order was made in response to a libel lawsuit filed by IT services and consulting firm Apex Technology Group Inc., based in Edison, N.J. against the three Web sites opposing the H-1B visa program (http://www.h1b.biz/lawyer-attorney-1137085.html). Such attacks on H1B supporters increased last year as the economic situation was gloomy, and prospects for employment were not looking good. Yet, we all know that the H1B program is not the cause of all evil and in fact is a boosting factor in creation of new jobs and opportunities for American workers. Hi all,
This is my first post here, if it is not in the appropriate location please excuse me.
My company filed my I-485, EAD and AP together.(On Auguest 6th this year) They asked me for only one check for $745.
I was reading through a few posts and found that everybody had submitted 3 individual cheques for the same...
Is this ok? Or did my company do a blunder.
I have not yet recieved any receipts.
I just had one single check...Don't sweat..

:mad:I have another query and thats is i have a a far related cousin and her husband is on l1 visa . now my query is what visa is she on and what visa is her daughter on who was born here few months bak . also how shud she apply for a passport for this kid . is this kid an american citizen and also how to go about passport for the kid and also is it required to apply for visa for the kid to travel to India . Another serious issue she is been illtreated by her husband and how should she report this matter to the local police here .

to stay away from india while on AOS, you need AP.
to maintain AOS, one needs to keep renewing AP.
So when you apply/renew AP candidate needs to be here...
So your daughter will apply for AP, get it , travel... come back 6 months prior to AP expiry, go to india and study and you will send AP by mail ...
she will come here every 4-6 months prior to AP expiry and renew and go back.
You need to give a sound reason in port of entry why you are staying away for long durations..!

I went to Infopass to enquire about my interfile status. The first level officer said since my PD is not current, she will not allow me to meet the IO. I argued that PD has nothing to do with knowing the status and allow me to meet the actual IO. she still did not. What a crap !!!

No documents needed. They can visit you anytime during the 10 yr validity of the visa. The only condition is that they have to leave the country before the date on I-94 expires.

What is the minimum requirement for EB2? From what I read, it's BS+5yrs, or MS+1yr.
EB2, officially known as "members of a profession holding advanced degree", requires a "Masters degree". USCIS views a BS+5 as equivalent to a masters degree for this purpose.
1. Is there a rule that the experience should have been gained outside of the US?

2. Is there a rule that the number of years experience should be from an employer other than the petitioning employer?
