I am applying for renewal (paper based) for EAD and AP for both myself and mywife. IS it best to send all the documents ( EAD, AP and related docs) for both of us) in one single packet to USCIS or its best to send each appliction separately? any inputs will be appreciated.

I got married after applying for I-485, and did not apply EAD, I am hopeing if i get my PD current i will send the new application and use the EAD option...until that i have to stay on H1 ;)
Looks like you were able to apply for I-485. Is there a reason why your wife would want to go on H-1B instead of EAD?

Bottomline is that the whole process translates to Luck.
Surely is. That's why if you search on this forum there are so many theories and postulates put forward that tries to second guess or figure out what their algorithm/methodology is. The last person who could guess the PD movement algorithm was VDLRao, but he is MIA nowadays.
Anyways if anyone who has their PDs current on this forum and believes that they are feeling lucky tommorrow or anytime in the next month, I would suggest NOT to wait for GC news. When you're feeling lucky go to Vegas, maybe a multimillion $ jackpot that you always dreamt about is around the corner:D.

I just spoke with my company's attorney and she said that I shouldnt get RFE on my I-140. And just in case I get she will inform me and work with the counsel of my ported company to submit a response. Hooray....I am going. My employer is a big known MNC so the only RFE that I may get is exp letter which is very unlikely. With economy going down I dont want to wait for another 6 months for my I-140.

I am not really sure why this really makes a difference. My perm was approved in EB3 in about 7 months but if I have to wait 30 years to get a GC what difference does it make ?!?

I agree that capitalism is the first american value..... and IMHO it is the only one that works........ Look at France and the old European countries vs the new EU countries that were part of the Warsaw pact who adopted complete capitalism instead of the hybrid capitalism/socialism........
The only exception to the above rule would be China......... and we need to see where it goes over the next 50 years.
I can bet that if USCIS came up with a plan where they would adjudicate labor, I140 and 485 in one month guaranteed for a premium fee of say 50k, most employers would come up with a way to pay the same and recoup part of it from the employee. Those on an H1 working for consulting companies where they pretty much work for a percentage of the billing would take a loan, max their cards out and do it.

My experience: Fill all the fields at least for 1st and lasst blocks. Then you will find your record in tracker. Then do trial and error for making fields blank for some fields what you do not want to appear. Some fields, making blank would make record disappear and some not.

Is there a way to find all "active" members? If we're in the range 5000, then 10 per month for every user is good.
I saw many ppl in August who came in and posted that they got GC, not sure how many of them used IV and donated.

Let us start sending Thank you flowers to IV core memebers such as Logic life, pappu ( i know only these two people) Please add to the list if you know anybody belong to Core team.

We recently used flowers as a sign of protest. My suggestion is not to send flowers to either IV core or congresswoman Zoe Lofgren or anyone else. That might send a mixed message although the intentions are good.
Instead of flowers, I recommend a funding drive. That would help the core IV to have more resources at their disposal to push for the next step, which is long term solution for visa retrogression.

Most SAP jobs are stressful. SAP Functional consultant jobs does not require heavy coding but most jobs are stressful and also contract jobs are uncertain and short but can get good rates
I think QA jobs are relaxing. I don't know about SAP job. And there are only few engineer QA in my company. All other are just with some other bachelor degree. I think company has very hard time finding expert QA and they hire anybody for that job and pay decent salary.

diptam - Thanks for the reply. The letters I had sent earlier is very similar to the template of the letter you posted. I am going to get new letters and send them over. Hopefully, it will get me out of this crazy 140 delay.

By the way, is it required to send 2 letters from each employer?
