I acquired a Lacie 300736U DVD light scribe. It has no cables and looks to be in very good condition. I am wondering if it can be connected to a dell T2642. If so where can I get the needed cables and software? I would really like to try light scribe.

As long as Apple is using the time wisely to design a better iPhone, then I don't mind either.
In the mean time, I can't wait to dump my iPhone 4.
It's the most disappointing Apple product I've ever owned. If it could make and receive calls as well as the other AT&T phones I currently use, then I wouldn't be in such a rush to dump it.
And NO IT'a NOT AT&T!
Nor am I sticking up for them, or advocating, as I use both AT&T and Verizon. But the fact is, if it was them, my HTC Inspire and others would suffer the same poor call quality as the iPhone.
And NO IT's NOT JUST THE ANTENNA.. It's a combination of things which have prevented it from being a decent phone.
That said, the rest of it (other than the tiny 3.5" display) I really like!
So come on Apple, let's see you get your act together and do what I KNOW you can do, build a really outstanding smartphone.
I haven't lost faith, I'm ready, cash in hand.

The problem with .Me is all in your mind. No one really cares what the extension is, it just a means to an end. Short suffixes are must easier, whatever they are.
Of course it's in his mind, it is his opinion after all.
But there have been countless studies on how people are subconsciously influenced by almost everything they see. That's one of the reasons why marketing departments have work. And then we see different car models with different names for different countries.
And I would say that .me isn't a very good choice. It just doesn't mean squat. Given that they must call it something, better use some word that will send a message or advertise the platform.

They're not making a profit by any means. Since it seems the Marshalls that had them had only 5 or so, it's just a way to get you in the store. The real investigation might be a bait and switch kind of thing. Although there was only bait. But at what point is the advertising side illegal? What if they only had one for sale and took out huge billboard ads? Obviously the purchase of one iPad and one billboard would be cheap advertising to get lots of people in the store hoping to get a cheap iPad.
There are no print ads. Thus its extremely difficult to accuse someone of bait and switch. Sites like macrumors and slickdeals are doing all of TJ Maxx's advertising for them. Brilliant.

Before when I was in notebook layout view, when I was indented two bullet points in and pressed enter, a new bullet is placed on the same indent as the previous line. NOw if I wanted to go back to have a bullet point at the first indent I would just press delete and it would backspace and form bullet at the first indent, but now instead it just goes back to the end of the previous line. Help please.

Is this specific to iPad and iPod? The standard warranty most certainly transfers, since I have bought a Powerbook long ago on CraigsList and used the warranty to get repairs.

Agreed. This doesn't sound correct. I have a corporate discount and added the feature. I still have the discount.
When this initially was announced and after holding for a long time while the rep checked, ATT told me verbally that the dicounted $29.95/450 min plan would go to regular $39.95 regular price if I wanted the unlimited mobile to mobile with unlimited texting but it in fact wasn't the case. I was able to do it online. The first day or so of the promotion the site was giving me an error whenI tried to make the change but I was able to do it on day 2 or 3. I verified earlier today that my discount rate was still in tact and I had the unLim Mob to Mob.

Charge more so you won't have these type of "clients."
Not sure about design, but for photography, when you charge over $1000 (I charge more) per day, you only deal with professionals. ;)
