Hi ,
howmany days will it take by USCIS to give decision once after we submit all relevant documents for I140 RFE.
Center-TEXAS
Thanks
usually 1 to 2 weeks (atleast in my case it was 1 week),
hey, but again never forget that you are dealing with USCIS, they are consistent in being inconsistent.
good luck and hope you get your I-140 approved soon. :)

How long does it take these days to process greencard in L1 Category these days. If the sponsor company applies L1 visa for a very experience worker, what is the best type of L1 visa needs to be applied that will lead to a quicker greencard status.

Thanks for the post. I did a search and I got some results. Looking at the results and the name of the site I felt there is a typo in the name.
It should have been stalejobs.com instead of scalejobs.com. If you are remotely associated with the site here is my disclaimer:
I'm not a judge so please do not take my judgement seriously. No offense nor pun is intended in my post.
I came across a good job website and it looks like lot of interesting features than todays job sites.

Interesting (?!) situation!
One of my relative is on F1 visa, he wants to marry someone in India. He has applied family based GC. Can he bring that person in India thru a visitor visa here to USA and get married here ?
1. Is marriage between two non-immigrants valid in USA ? Can this marriage be registered here ?
2. Will his greencard process be in jeopardy if he gets married during the AOS wait time ?
Thanks

shows you how attitudes to helping sick people have changed. In the old days and in many third world countries, it's still a semi Prison system (to look at)

My I-140 was filed via regular processing then later shifted to premium processing in Aug 2006, approved in Oct 2006 Nebraska Center and was received at the NVC in December 2006 and given an NVC Case number.
I know someone who has a priority date of june 2006 and I-140 approved last january 2007. The document is not yet received by the NVC.
Which one will the NVC process first? My papers that was received by the NVC first. Or will it still follow the priority date?
Thank you. Hoping and praying that this retrogression be lifted the soonest time possible.

Can't you guy's think twice before opening a thread. In last 30 minutes I see three threads on same subject. Copy and paste from OH site.
Give us some break. Just try to browse current threads and then post something new if you had.

Hi bouncer!
You need a clientaccesspolicy.xml file that allows you to make accesses across domains: http://scorbs.com/2008/04/15/silverlight-http-networking-stack-part-2-cross-domain-communication-overview
Cheers!

Hi Kirupa,
Thanks for your answer and the Karen's link. I was reading your article " Preloading and Displaying an Image " . Great article. Do you have any idea to write an article based on todays question?

If you haven't filed I-485 yet, you cannot use AC21 as it requires I-485 to be pending for more than 180 days. It means, that you're stuck with your ex-employer for GC processing unless your new employer is willing to file new LC and I-140 for you. You can port the PD of your approved I-140 to the new one.
Once your PD becomes current, then you can file I-485.
I think you got my question differently. My ex-employer is A where I had my I140 approved . Now I am with employer B. If i want to continue with B then I have to file LC+140 with old PD but if I go back to A in same role then I have to file only 485 but my LCA is specific to location in CA .My question is wether I join A in NY and still file AOS based on old PD or not.
