I am not sure if this works or not, but try to create a yahoo group id and add these email addresses as the members of the group.
Then you can just shoot your e-mail to this group address.

AFAIK those who filed after July 30, 2007 filed with the new fee, and do not have to pay the fee for the EAD. However you can't e-file, but have to send in your paper application form.

I am currently on H1..working for company A..
Can i work for another company...without transferring my H1 and can i get a 1099 Misc....( they cannot run my payroll as i wont be employed with them)....the work is in the same field...
if 1099 is not feasible.. the only option is to get paid in cash..which i dont want to do..
any inputs.

hello all..
im currently living in NJ and my i-140 was approved.. since im on EB3 and my priority date is on 4/2008 i still have some time to wait in order for a visa to be eligible to me..
my main concern is : i would like to know if its possible for me to obtain a driver license with the approval notice i received from USCIS (i -797c Notice of action).. does my employer will need to fill out any forms for for that to happen ?? if so, what kind of forms :(
any help is appreciated..

I assume that your I-485 is not yet filed. If it is true, you must be having a H1-B or other work visa to maintain your work status. If yes, those are the documents you will need to get Drivers License extensions.
To my knowledge, approved I-140 is not an immigration status that can enable you to get a Drivers License extended on its own.

Guys,
I think we should start a new campaign be it a flowers campaign or a simple card or Fax/letter campaign. But we need to start this ASAP. We should a 'Seek information' campaign. Each of us write letters and faxes to DOS and USCIS and request them for this.
In May'07 the DOS moved forward the visa dates by 2 years for almost all categories. What if USCIS received more than 140,000 applications enough to exhaust 2007-2008 quota in that case Visa dates will either won't move or may move 1-2 months through out the next year. And we like fools will keep watching the Visa bulletins just to be disappointed each month.
Now since USCIS have already receipted (or will soon do it) all the June applications, they should be in a position to release the infomation on how many applications they received for each category and for each country. We will request both the agencies to work together and release some kind of statistics some predictions like what they expect for Sept visa bulletin and further. We are living in dark and information like this will give us some insight and will let us plan our careers. Until we press them for information they won't release anything.

I am in the same situation.. send docs to Dallas lockbox.
Applied for EAD renewal and documents reached on May7th.. checks not cased yet. I think the whole lockbox is creating the delays but one they get to your application it is relatively quick.
Do let me know when your checks are cased.

I have got this response from Congressional Liaison, when I asked them for Update on my case whether I have to wiat till Oct or not based on the recent update on visa bulletin.
They Sent me This Email:
Your I-485 received on 5/21/07 and the Southern Service Center(TSC) is working these types of applications filed 9/11/06. They received your biometrics from the ASC 6/13/07 and the case has been assigned to an Adjudicating Officer for review. But, by the processing times, you still has a little time to wait.
Couple of question: They received your biometrics from the ASC 6/13/07 : Is this mean my FBI and Name Check cleared : I did my FP on same day?

My h1 is valid till march 2010.. but the i-94 i have is expiring in Oct.. (i changed my job ..and had been out of US..on the old stamping..)
Can iget it extended staying in US? or do i have to leave get it restamped in desh.. ?
Is it illegal to stay on expired i-94..but witha valid H1?????????
what are my options..

My LCA appl has a priority date of June 2004; and so far, Dallas BEC has lost my resent-appl twice. Lawyers failed to retrieve any status after that, and suggested a congressional liaison enquiry into it. If anybody is aware of this enquiry, would you plz let me know? Thanx.

it's more Marketing rubbish..
certainly it'll be a better 6MP image than before, but it won't have the pure resolution of a 1Ds or 14N.
Dynamic Range will be nice, but doesn't tip it over the edge. Why don't they go bigger in MP? One might ask.... I think they're finding it tough.. Somehow Canon has nailed it. Kodak couldn't.
Interesting times ahead!!

the Company is given guidelines by the lawyer and USCIS and they need to follow those guildeline. I am not interfering. I just want to know if what they did would satisfy the requirements of the PERM recrutiment process. Not sure why you gave me a red dot for this. How are you calculating the border right now? Are you simply taking the size of the image and subtracting a few pixels?

IM just tring to find out if any one in EB3 cat. are seening any movement or progress by USCIS.
I have a pd of APR 2001 but no progress or lud in the past 1 year
nothing on my file and when i call USCIS they send me a letter saying
still in our prossesing time, but my app date of may 2004 with a approved

one thing I found with my IXUS v3 is that the pre-flash sometimes fools you into thinking the shots done. I have not had a lot of success with P&S and moving indoor targets. Where this is an issue, I revert to some thumpers.
Manual mode might be the only way........
